The core advantage of high specific surface area calcium hydroxide is that its specific surface area is 3-5 times that of ordinary calcium hydroxide, and its microstructure presents a porous honeycomb shape, which can greatly improve adsorption efficiency. Production enterprises optimize material properties through airflow crushing modification technology and nanoscale dispersion process, stabilizing the active calcium content at over 95% while controlling impurity content below 0.3%. The dry digestion process is adopted in the production process to avoid secondary water pollution and reduce energy consumption by about 40% compared to traditional wet methods.
